About Rev. Ngere H.N
Rev. Ngere is a theologian, leadership coach, and retirement consultant with cross-sector experience in church and corporate environments. He holds an MBA from Daystar University and a Bachelor of Divinity from St. Paul’s University, and is a certified pension scheme trustee by the RBA.
He specializes in retirement planning, leadership, governance, and strategic planning, and has spoken internationally, including at the 2023 Global Ageing Conference in Scotland. He serves on boards such as Automobile Association of Kenya (AAK) PLC and Bible Translation & Literacy (BTL), and consults in financial literacy and change management.
He is also an author and active preacher, focused on empowering communities, especially older persons, and advancing purpose-driven leadership.
